These terms apply when you use the Athleet.Ai website or any Athleet.Ai edition. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Athleet.Ai is provided by Ecaveo Services Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 07824133, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, VAT number GB 123 5690 23. Contact us at hello@athleet.ai.
2. The service
Athleet.Ai provides AI tools for coaches, athletes and parents, organised into editions for different sports. The tools prepare plans, analysis and guidance and explain their reasoning. Decisions about training remain yours.
3. Your account
Give accurate details, keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. An account is for one person, or for one family in the case of a Parent plan. If you are under 18 you need the agreement of a parent or guardian; children under 13 may not hold an account.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and include VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before your next renewal.
A plan covers one sport. A Family plan gives the parent tools and the athlete or player tools for one sport on one account, for a parent or guardian and a young athlete to use together.
When you buy, you confirm that you are 18 or over, or that you are the parent or guardian of the person who will use the account and agree on their behalf. We record that confirmation with your purchase.
If you joined the Coach plan at a founder price, you keep that price for as long as your subscription continues without a break.
A Club plan covers five or ten named coaches, depending on the plan you buy. The person who pays chooses the email address for each seat and can change it; each seat is for one person. The person who pays has access to the tools only if their own address is given a seat. When a Club plan ends, access ends for every seat. Club requests for support are answered ahead of others.
5. Message packs and fair use
A message pack is a one-off purchase of a number of messages. Each message you send to a chat tool uses one. Packs do not expire while your account is open and can be used in any chat tool in the edition you bought them for. Dashboards and other custom pages are available to subscribers only.
Subscriptions are for normal personal or professional use and are subject to a fair use limit of 450 messages a month for each account. If you reach it, you can buy a message pack or wait until the next month.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payments are taken.
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from buying a subscription to change your mind. Because the service starts as soon as you buy it, if you cancel within those 14 days we will refund you, less a fair amount for the days you have used. A message pack can be refunded within 14 days if none of its messages have been used. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
7. Using the guidance
Athleet.Ai is not a medical service. Its output can be incomplete or wrong, and it does not replace a qualified coach, doctor, physiotherapist or other professional. Check anything important before acting on it, take particular care with young athletes and with injury, and seek medical help for anything that worries you.
8. What you put in
What you enter and upload remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it in order to provide the service. You confirm that you are entitled to share any information you enter about other people, including athletes you coach, and that you have a parent's or guardian's agreement where it concerns a child.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Athleet.Ai to break the law, harm or harass anyone, share another person's information without the right to, attempt to break or overload the service, resell access, or build a competing product from its output.
10. Our content
The tools, software, text, films and brand belong to us or our licensors. You may use what the tools produce for you in your own coaching, training and family life.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Athleet.Ai available and report its state on the status page, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or withdraw tools. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of your period.
12. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach or for business losses if you are a consumer.
13. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can.
14. Organisations
Editions provided for a club, academy or governing body are covered by a separate agreement with that organisation, alongside these terms for each person who uses them.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
16. Changes to these terms
We will post changes here and tell account holders before anything significant takes effect.
