Years of notes, plans, sessions, chats and results, in one place you can ask. Coach Brain turns everything you hold into connected cards, so the thing you half remember is one question away.

Coach Brain, the second brain for sports coaches: a 3D knowledge graph of a coach, their athletes and their cards

In shortCoach Brain is the AI second brain for sports coaches, built into Athleet.Ai and live now in every coach edition. It turns a coach's plans, sessions, notes, chats, training activity, meals and test results into connected cards, built on what that coach already knows about their athletes. A coach can ask a question in plain language, filter by category, tag or date, or explore everything as a 3D knowledge graph. Athletes are held under a code, not a name, and a coach's Coach Brain is theirs alone.

See it working

Everything you know, in a second brain you can ask.

Ask anything

Ask it the way you would ask a colleague.

Type a question in the Ask box and the cards it concerns appear as you go. Name an athlete and you get a written answer from their profile, your notes and their last 28 days of training, with the cards beside it and the tool best placed to help next.

Follow a thread

One tag, the whole story.

Press a tag such as Calf and every card that carries it comes through together: the note where you first spotted it, the chat where you worked it through, the session you changed, and the one where they were back to full volume.

Cards tagged Calf: sessions, notes and a chat in date order
Any day, at a glance

A calendar of your coaching.

The calendar shows where the work has been, with the busiest days brightest. Pick a date and that day comes up as a stack: the session you set, what the athlete actually did, and what they ate.

Connected cards

Every card links to what sits around it.

A card holds the short version, its tags and its links. Open a note and the session it led to is right there. Pin what matters, and go back to the original whenever you need the detail.

Cut it your way

Seven categories, one press each.

Plans, sessions, notes, chats, activities, meals and tests each have their own colour. Press one to see only that, across your whole squad: every test this month, or every note you have written.

The 3D knowledge graph

See your second brain as a living map.

You sit at the centre in orange, each athlete around you, and every card around them, joined by real links. Drag to turn it, scroll to zoom, and press any point to open it. A dense cluster is an athlete you know well. A small one may be the athlete who has had least of your attention.

Why it matters

What a second brain gives a coach.

Nothing gets lost

The note on your phone, the chat from March and the plan from last winter all sit in one place, joined up, instead of scattered across apps and memory.

Patterns over time

A niggle that returns at the same point of a block, or a session that always goes well, is easier to see when the whole history is connected.

Every athlete in context

Before a session or a talk with a parent, pull everything on one athlete together in seconds: plans, sessions, notes, tests and training.

Your knowledge, built up

What you notice from the side of the track is the expertise no tool has. Coach Brain keeps it, so it compounds season after season.

Questions, not folders

You do not have to file anything or remember where it went. Ask, press a tag, pick a date, or open the graph.

Private by design

Athletes are held under a code, not a name, summaries are sealed in an EU store, and notes are scanned for personal details when saved. You can export or delete at any time.

How it works

It builds itself as you coach.

Coach as normal

Your plans, sessions, saved chats and tool results become cards automatically. There is nothing to file.

Add what you noticed

Write a quick note of up to 2,000 characters and link it to an athlete or a tool. Your eye on the day is often the most useful card of all.

Ask, filter or explore

Type a question, press a category or tag, pick a date on the calendar, or open the 3D knowledge graph.

Go back to the source

Each card links to where it came from, so the original plan, session or chat is always one press away.

Where you will find it

Live now in the coach tools of every Athleet.Ai edition.

Coach Brain is part of the Coach, Small Club and Club plans, at no extra cost. The screens on this page use made-up athletes.

Quick answers

Questions coaches ask.

What is Coach Brain?

The AI second brain for sports coaches, built into Athleet.Ai. It turns a coach's plans, sessions, notes, chats, training activity, meals and test results into connected cards that can be asked, filtered by category, tag or date, or explored as a 3D knowledge graph.

What is a second brain for a coach?

A trusted place outside your head that holds what you know and links it together. For a coach, that means your observations, plans and athlete history in one searchable system, so you spend less time looking for things and more time coaching.

Is there a second brain app for sports coaches?

Yes. Coach Brain is an AI second brain built for sports coaches, inside Athleet.Ai. General second brain apps start empty and leave you to file everything. Coach Brain fills itself from your plans, sessions, chats and results, and it already knows which athlete each card belongs to.

How is a second brain different from a notes app?

A notes app stores what you type. A second brain connects it. Coach Brain links each note to the athlete, session and tag around it, so you can ask a question, follow a thread or see everything as a 3D knowledge graph, instead of searching through folders.

What is the 3D knowledge graph?

A map of everything in Coach Brain. The coach sits at the centre, each athlete around them and each card around the athlete, joined by real links. You can turn it, zoom in and press any point to open it. On a phone it is shown in 2D.

What can I ask Coach Brain?

Anything you would ask about what you hold: how an athlete's training and recovery are going, what you noted last month, or which sessions were changed. The cards it concerns appear as you type, and a question naming an athlete gets a written answer from their profile, your notes and their last 28 days of training.

How can I filter what is in it?

By seven colour-coded categories (plans, sessions, notes, chats, activities, meals and tests), by tag, and by date on the calendar, where the busiest days show brightest.

Do I have to enter everything myself?

No. Cards are created automatically from what you already do on the platform. You can add your own notes of up to 2,000 characters whenever you want to.

Are my athletes' details private?

Yes. Coach Brain is for the coach alone. Athletes are held under a code, not a name, summaries are sealed in an EU store, and notes are scanned for personal details when saved. A written answer sends the AI that athlete's details under their code, and a note you mark 'Never send to AI' is never sent. Originals stay where they are, cards expire after a year with a warning first, and you can export or delete them at any time.

Which editions include Coach Brain?

It is live now in the coach tools of every Athleet.Ai edition: Track and Field, Football, Triathlon, Golf, Skating, Padel, Basketball and American Football.

Does it cost extra?

No. Coach Brain is part of the Coach, Small Club and Club plans. A written answer about a named athlete uses one message.
