You can delete your Athleet.Ai account and everything held with it at any time.
From inside your edition
- Sign in to your edition.
- Open Settings from your name at the foot of the menu.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
This removes your account on that edition together with your conversations, uploads and saved plans. It cannot be undone.
By email
If you cannot sign in, or you want every edition removed at once, email hello@athleet.ai from the address on your account. We will remove your account and all traces of your history with our AI services.
If you pay for a plan
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription by itself. Cancel it first from your billing page, or ask us to do both in the same email.
